June 4, 2024- We have received reports of “spoofing” calls to customers appearing to come from bank location phone numbers. Please ignore these calls and simply hang up. As a reminder, Equity Bank will never call you and ask you private information about your account(s). If you have any questions, the Customer Care Center is available to help at 888-733-5041.
